Jocelyn Wyatt is CEO of Alight, one of the world's most innovative humanitarian organizations. Her 25-year career spans from USAID contractor to co-founding IDEO.org, where she pioneered human-centered design in social impact. Under her leadership, Alight serves 4 million displaced people annually across 20 countries with 2,500 staff and a $90 million budget. She holds an anthropology degree from Grinnell College and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Currently serving on the boards of IDEO.org and Airbnb.org, Jocelyn is recognized globally for transforming how humanitarian aid is conceived and delivered.
